Going back to Camp Akiba after 7 years was interesting. Besides the fact that 80% of camp is different, I just got right back into the camp groove, like no time has passed at all.

Things I Discovered I Still Enjoyed About Camp:
Arts and Crafts
Snack time
Surprise hugs from kids
Freetime to play for kids is freetime for counselors to mingle
The fact that I'm a counselor and I can make kids do things I don't have to do

Things I Discovered I Still Disliked About Camp:
Swimming with children
The heat
Eating lunch with kids
The escorting to the bathrooms
(Even though they haven't happened it, I already know) Soak City and the zoo
